Tom and Bob Tournour create and incorporate Tomahawk Manufacturing to offer an alternative source to forming customers for replacement parts and tooling
1995 O
Tom Tournour unexpectedly passes away at the age of 53 leaving a vision and road map for the future of Tomahawk
1999 O
Leveraging our ‘Listen. Improve. Serve.’ motto, Tomahawk collaborated with Golden State Foods, to double the output of our traditional 26″ former. This achievement, once thought impossible in our industry, led to the creation of our Multi-Flow® technology.
2004 O
Tomahawk starts offering rebuild Formers to customers.
2005 O
Tomahawk purchases vendor Kapco Machine in Hartland Wisconsin further enhancing Tomahawk’s forming tooling quality and delivery turnarounds.
2006 O
Tomahawk forms partnership with Valiant Equipment in Malaysia for the Asia-Pacific market expanding international sales.

Tomahawk designs and offers new Forming equipment. Equipment designed to fit the needs of processors in various different forming industries.

Tomahawk forms partnership with Fragol SA in Argentina for the South American market expanding international sales.
2014 O
Tomahawk moves to a new 24,000 square foot facility in Plymouth Wisconsin and wins patent infringement lawsuit protecting the Multi-Flow®system.
2017 O
Tomahawk designs new Inter-leaver equipment for McDonalds fresh patty. The 100th TM26 is shipped.
2018 O
Tomahawk creates Tomahawk Manufacturing BV opening an office in the Netherlands to better support the expanding European and Middle East markets.
2021 O
Purchased ICA Controls under Tomahawk Automation Systems LLC (TAS). Continued to supply customers with automation solutions to support customer’s needs. Tomahawk also shipped there 200th TM-26.
2023 O
Expanded on full line automation with our robotic packaging system and introduced a revolutionary vision system.
2024 O
We opened a new office in Rijswijk, Netherlands. With offices and a showroom, this new location allows us to better serve our global customers.
