With Tomahawk’s Continual tooling improvement program, we supply our customers with a tooling report that provides a detailed description of any damage or wear to current tooling. A Tomahawk representative measures and catalogs all tooling and provides a plan to optimize tooling performance.

Mold Plate Care
Stone mold plates daily before use: Using a stone and mineral oil
Rinse plate after stoning
Check thinner plates under .035 in thick to ensure the mold plate is flat
When installing tooling, ensure you have two people
Tomahawk can provide a tooling cart to protect tooling outside of the machine
Ensure when installing, the serial number on the mold plates match the spacers and knock out cups
