A Gourmet Flattener, when placed in line with a TM-26 or other OEM forming machine, enables a patty production line to offer customers a portioned patty with a homestyle appearance.
Equipped with Stainless Steel Construction and Electronic Variable Speed Controlled Belting. Independent speed compensators help eliminate ovaling after smashing.
A patty is knocked out of the forming machine, either with or without paper, onto the in-feed conveyor of the Tomahawk Manufacturing Gourmet Flattener. The patty is conveyed through a lower and upper conveyor that gradually reduces the thickness of the patty and “breaks” the patty edges to give the homestyle appearance.
Machine Specifications
– Unit can raise the top head up to 2.5″
– Lower it to obtain a smashed patty as thin as a 1/4″
– Infeed and outfeed conveyor length can be modified to fit production space
